    Does anyone have one of these? It seems like the sensor is out in mine since the pump doesn't stop even if the water level is higher than the sensor. What can I do to check this out?

    Try filling it up way too much to see if you get the warning sound. If not, the sensor is definately broken. In that case, you could possibly replace it with a mechanical float valve until you are able to order a new optical sensor. Also, you might just try cleaning all the parts of the controller really well, to make sure you aren't getting any obstructions...
