Default 40g + water tight containers

Ive decided to move my aquarium up a couple of inches so that I dont have to cut into my wall. This in turn keeps my wife happy with my aquarium hobby. This said I have 210g of water that I want to try and at least keep half of it. Not to mention I also have 90lbs of cured LR I need to keep wet. Trying to prevent a total recycle but the tank has only been setup for 3 weeks anyways. Anyone who has a couple 40-50g containers or bigger that I can borrow for a day or 2 that would be great. Thanks in Advance. Take it from me, know 100% what you want to do before setting it up, On another note I set it up because of the great deal CB Pets gave me on the rock. $200 for 90lbs of covered cured LR was not bad. Would be great if you were relatively close to me here in NW SA.

    Thanks in Advance

Ray, Why dont you get yourself some Rubbermaid tubs from Wal-Mart. I hear they are cheap, and alot of people use them as gigantic fuges, or just a spot to shove a whole lot of ugly LR.

You might check with a local cola distributor. I got to 55G poly drums from the coke distrib here for a whopping $5 each. They had apparently been used for syrup. Couple of baths in bleach water and they are ready to use. I plan on using them for the RO and premixed saltwater.

A simple solution is to use ice chests. I have a coupe you can borrow if you like.

Thanks guys, after we thinking it. Ive come up with a plan so that I dont have to put a hole in the wall or drain the tank.
