Sounds like the old SuSe LiveEval they had, burn it to a CD and boot up and run like normal. I haven't messed with any Linux for a couple years, but SuSe was my favorite a while back. I had my wife's laptop setup with it for over a year and she never had any sort of problems, even with the built-in wireless card and stuff. I'll check out that article and see how far things have come in the last few years, probably see if I can get one of our tablet PCs with the touch screens running up here at the office just for kicks.Originally Posted by erikharrison
this has a good gui, and it's simple to use. They still use linux boot disks to fix passwords in WinXP.
It's a full distro, and runs completely in your RAM. Essentially, its a full OS!
