    Default Dosing?

Is there a product I can dose with that will help with the growth or rather spreading of my shrooms, palys, zoas? They all have great color but havnt produced any off spring. I have approx 3.6 watts per gallon.

If you will dose 5-10% tank volume of freshly mixed reef quality saltwater each and every week for 6 months you will start getting excellent growth. Or you can fill a closet full of products that claim to do it but don't.

i started changing 5 gallons twice a week (on richard's suggestion) and my tank ORP rose from an average of 275 to an average of 375 in the 6 weeks that i have been doing it. also, the cyano and diatom issue i was having has all but disappeared and my glass stays more algae free between cleanings. as far as growth, many of my sps have tons of new growth tips and my zoas look happier than they have in at least 6 months.

Glad to hear that's showing results for you Ace. ORP is the thing people hardly ever talk about but should. The waters ability to clean itself...that's a pretty good thing.

water changes help a lot also i noticed higher temps 81-82 range makes them grow faster in my tank...also some say low flow on zoos palys shrooms but i say mid to high flow.
