Thumbs up 210g Is in the House

Well after a not so bad aquarium move i have my 210g. Took my self and three friends 1 1/2 hours total, and with the help of the maast cart wasnt to bad. The tank is a Oceanic 210g 7x2x2 and is in great shape, the last owner also had a cabinet maker build the custom stand which is a very close match to my kitchen cabinets. The tank needs a good scrubbin, but no flaws or bad scratches. Its on the same wall as my biocube 29 which will be moved, gives you an idea of the size diffrence, lol. Some pics

Thanks Ace, slow progress it will be, but I hope to have it going within 2 months.

    Looks good Ray!

What type of overflow are you going to use? And are you planning on combining the 29 with the 210?

Nice tank. Those dimensions are great. 2' of depth is going to be lots of fun. May I suggest putting a short side against the wall? Then you would have 2 7' viewing sides!
Great find. I will be watching this build.

Well the tank isnt drilled; the other owner used HOB and Canister filters because it was Freshwater. Id like to have it drilled but really dont want to have to move it out again. Wonder if anyone could do it at my house?? The stand could be a problem because it was built like a babinet and is in sections on the inside. Mods will happen. All I really need a sump for is a skimmer so it doesnt have to be big, Im running it with larger fish and less demanding softies so I shouldnt need a fuge.

Headless Donkey trust me I thought about that but if I do so have to figure out a way to dress up one side of the stand, and Im not to sure if my wife like the idea of a 7ft long tank pedruding into the room.

I scrubbed and scraped for an hour today and it looks great. Found a few hair scratches but nothing you will really notice when full of water.
