Default New Idea come to life; check it out!

NO MORE LOOSE FRAG NIGHTMARES! I call it the Loose Frag Courantine Box,lol. Ive been in the reef hobby now for just a few months but have figured out pros and cons. One if my problems rather annoyances is loose frags. I hate wrestling with corals using toothpicks, superglue or what ever other thing we try to do to get them to attach them selves to the rock. I have at least 4-6 shrooms missing in my rock work from either blowing away or being nocked off. So today while walking through walmart a idea popped into my head. Fry Breeders!! They are perfect- Cheap, Small, Clear plastic, and have holes in them. So it will be easy on the wallet/purse, fit in almost any tank, allow light to penetrate and let water flow through :w00t All you have to do is put live rock rubble in the bottom put your shrooms, zoas, palys or what ever loose frag you have in and put the top on and put in the tank. Within days you frag will attach itself and it can be moved to your desired location in the tank Here are the picks of the process

    Step #1 Buy it

Step #2 Take out of the box

Step #3 Put in some LR Rubble and what ever coral

Step #4 put in the tank

    Step #5
wait for the frag to attach and remove

Very Simple. Hope you guys enjoy/like my idea, I was talking with Peter aka Ping today at my house and he really liked my idea and im pretty sure ive never seen it done anywhere else.

My mom just has a small tupperware bowl and just sets the small LR in it and puts the zenias or whatever you want in it. she doesnt have a top put on it but it was tall enough that they didnt come off. After attached she took it out and tada! Im sure others have used this idea before.

I've been doing this for a year and it works great. You have to limit the amount of rubble you put in it or attach floats because it will sink.

Yeah after this last meeting I used it to attach a orange ric and a shroom and it worked like a charm. Took approx 3 days and they were attached and are now in the tank. I just let it sink to the bottom and it got plenty of flow through the holes.
