VERY nice, Troy. I love the clam-in-a-cap. Might have to try that!

If you look closely at that picture, at the base of the clam, it looks like the cap grew around it. Very cool.Originally Posted by greenmako

Thank you for the compliments. :roll
Originially the clam was underneath the cap, but then it began to shadow the clam. So I put the clam on the cap, and it seems to happy now. I am excited to see what it will look like in a few months. I just put in on top of the cap last week and like Erik said it has already started growing around it.
Very Cool!
Definitely TOTM material.

60G cube, now planted amazon tank
As is often the case, the pictures don't do the tank justice, having seen it in person. Many of these corals are several years old, and the rock is really encrusted like you see diving in the caribbean. A truly great tank!
Thats an awesome tank!!
He Troy I just noticed your thread....It's been a while but your tank is looking awesome. Where's all the xenia??? did you finally decide to kill them off.

Ray,
Oh no! I still haven't succeeded in wiping out the Xenia plague. However I have narrowed it down to one type.
What these pictures don't show is all of the small buds that are beginning to reemerge from the leftover Xenia tissue. That stuff is a real pain in the neck. I think eventually I will have to take each rock and scrub it until all traces of Xenia are gone.
