Thread: Tank Drilling in San Marcos

Default Tank Drilling in San Marcos

I live in San Marcos and will be needing to get my new tank drilled. Does anyone know where I can get this done? Also does anyone know where I can get a glass over flow built? If not I am going to get to build my own.

    Thanks
    Todd

Ditto that. I've checked with the glass companies in SM, they are not as experienced at drilling aquariums and get kinda spooked. Not stores in town. Ross drills one size I believe.

I got some 3/16"? glass drilled by Lockhart Glass for my sump. Don't know if they'll do an aquarium though.

BTW if a glass shop can't drill a hole in glass then they probally aren't in business. Most shops will do Aquariums if you drop it off and pick it up.

Thanks for the help. Will have to give them a call. I got my 40 gallon breeder at the Petco sale. Only 40 bucks.

You can buy your own saw off ebay. I have bought 3 different sizes and they work super. Here is a link to them.
