i'll bet that guy's getting paid! i used to know a guy who worked for LCRA, his job involved climbing up those tall radio towers to maintain the red light on top, so airplanes don't hit them. those towers are a few hundred feet tall, and i remember him talking about how it would take like 45 minutes just to get to the top, and how when the wind would blow hard the whole tower would sway back and forth by several feet!
