Yes.
No glue needed. Just find a way to prop them up against the glass and they will hang on, on their own, within time.

Or if you got a bunch of them, glue a few to the middle of the glass; then lean a rock with them next to the glass. On my old tank they started to engulf a whole corner of the glass!
Yea, Chris's ^ tank looked sweet with it growing on the back panel.
On my old 75g, I had them on a rock in a corner of the tank. They grew like crazy and branched out to the glass and took over the entire corner. I had to actually cut them back from time to time as they would start to grow over one of the strainers to a drain line. I always liked the way it looked though, espeically when they move around from the wave action in the tank.
