This is one of those subjects where everyone will have a different opinion. As for my tank I feed Kent ChromaPlex two to three times per week and spot feed mysis and reef plankton to the meat eaters one to tw times a week. You have to remember that what goes in produces other effects, it is also easy to overfeed and cause a whole new set of problems. Along with feeding I also make sure to dose B-ionic two part and I do a 5g water change each week to replenish minerals. Don't know if I am doing everythin right or not, but my tank looks good to me.
