Shipping is actually reasonable for 8-10 items combined. Fedex itself charge $55-$65 for 3 pounder 8x8x8 box coast to coast. It's a little cheaper of course if you live in california.

Zoafrags or Zoafrag.com gives a free shipping or 50% off shipping to californias most of the time.

Also there's no way you wanna ship your live animals with USPS. I know they're cheap but oh man...they dont know how to meet their deadlines.
