since i switched to a larger chiller, and i keep the chiller outside, i had to build a new cover for the chiller. i built the cover for the last chiller out of plywood, but that didnt weather well, so i decided to use acrylic this time.

here is the acrylic shell

i glued insulation to the inside

here it is installed, still needs a second coat of paint

actually it will by white when finished, looks ocean like now because the blue insulation is showing thru the thin coat of white.

doesnt run very long, and the tank stays between 78 and 78.6 around the clock so far since i put it on there.
