    Default Ph Monitor

Anyone know of a decent Ph Monitor/Probe other than Reef Fanatic....that's what I have now & it's the "pits."

    PinPoint?? Neptune?? Milwaukee?

    Thanks...

Sherri, I like the Pinpoint, if you get one, make sure and get the calibration fluid also...

Yup get the calibration fluids for the medium and high ranges. MarineDepot sells them (pinpoint brand I believe)

I don't think you can go wrong with either 3. I didn't know Neptune made their own standalone unit.....unless you are considering a full on aquarium controller. I've used a Neptune probe on a Light House controller with no issues.

I see alot of the Milwaukee's and Pinpoints out there but never hear any complaints from either :mellow

I have a pinpoint and like it enough. I'll say that when the battery gets low (often) the thing acts screwy as all get out.

Thanks - I'll look into prob Pinpoint - seems as tho the Reef Fanatic has never been reliable enough...noticed Premium Aquatics sells all of them. Will look in Marine Depot also.
