Default New little spot to go & sea.

There is a PetLand on 1604 and Blanco, outside the loop. They have some very decent prices, cheaper than alot of places. The girl that runs the s/w stuff is pretty nice, apparently she knows Felipe'. I have been there a couple of times, one time to buy a flat pack of brine, and a few times just to peek. Price wise, they had a small regal (DORY) for 25 dollars. From what I understand she prices everything, and picks out what to order. IMO she prices fish VERY fairly. It's also a brand new store.

i have been in there a few times as well for emergency buys... but that is about all i could use them for. their tanks are clean, and everything looks nice, prices are decent, but i have a hard time taking myself into any pet store that keeps dogs and cats penned up. I just want to buy them all and take them home and cuddle them.

    lol

lol agreed. Try taking your girlie and 4 year old. They wanted a cat, they got it, and I take care of it. They wanted a dog, they got it, and I take care of it. All I wanted was fish... :(
Now my girlfriend doesn't want any animals, including fish, go figure!

uh oh!!! alert alert! intervention required.

ERIK - you must book a cruise to the caribbean as quickly as possible, you must outfit your honey w/ a mask, snorkel, and fins.

You must get her on a real reef as soon as possible. The fish will secretly inject her w/ kalkwasser and her addiction will be started.

hurry, there is no time to delay!

She loves the hobby, just not the mess. She's anti, as far as right now, but once I get the 75g she will like it again. I think this weekend I am going to take some of my large baserocks and attach them with foam archways and model the other rocks around it. If I had a house, I would have done like Louis did. Those rocks look so cool in his tank, no picture could do them justice.
