I also say wildlife rescue. I used to work for another rescue and when someone dropped off an injured redtail hawk, I had to take him to the wildlife rescue for proper bird care. Also, there is a lady in New Braunfels that does wildlife rescues, I have known her for a couple years and really trust her.
