Best deal is at Dolpgin for sure. Do the Wednsday 12 hour on the Dophin express with Captain Tim, Ive been on that boat dozens of times and always catch fish. I dont keep anything but Snapper and Tuna, give any Kings or shark away. Its a BLAST!
