My cousin has a company named Lawn Enforcement. They mow lawns on the northeast side ONLY between 1604 and 281 to 1604 and 35. If anyone needs professional landscaping, mowing, pretty much anything concerning grass and or plants, let me know and I'll pass his number along to you. I am sure I can work out a MAAST discount. He does a great job, and is always busy, so sometimes the short wait is warranted. He knows the proper way to mow (and yes, there is one) and can advise on any ideas you may have, as well as perform the necessary duties to make your lawn gorgeous!
