Bill, I'm sorry I didn't make it over with Danny this evening. I sure was looking forward to seeing your tank. Danny said both your tanks are gorgeous and I hope I have a rain check to see them. I do want to thank you for all that did for us. I don't think our tank would have come back so quickly without your help. It was more than the equipment , you were ready with advice and moral support and I can't tell you how much that meant to us. I know this could have been done through pm's but I wanted a public thank you so that others would know what a great guy you are. Thank You so much. Rhonda

PS Bill, I was so shocked when Danny came with gifts from you when it should have been the other way around. I was especially pleased with the xenia since the crash took mine. Thanks Again.

I don't know how many masstards have had a chance to see Bill's tanks but if you ever get the chance, take it...it was great seeing your tanks and thanks again for the many frags you sent home with me...I just now got finished mounting them all...I'll post some pics when they Polyp out...also the Hiatt was just the ticket and MAAST should be happy that you have it available for crashes, as bad as they are, the Hiatt cleans the water up in a hurry...it's just the ticket ...

Hey, no big deal. Seriously. I would LOVE to have someone post a permanent "sticky" on the "Emergency" forum for the Hiatt system. As you and Danny now know, this system works FOR REAL on a tank crash. Several of us have THOUGHT that it should work for this, but really never knew. Danny & Rhonda now know, and as I asked of them, it's available as a "Crash Cart" for only the replacement of the bacteria required to fire it up (about $8 from CB).

As for the frags, seriously, no big deal. This club has helped me out IMENSELY. I've been keeping SW fish for over 35 years - but STILL, on a regular basis, someone helps out. As Earl ("According to Earl") would say "it's Karma". ANYONE can come by and 1) see my tanks and 2) take frags with you. If I've got them AND it won't "slow things down", they are yours. Just remember, the time may come, when I need to "cash it in"!

P.S. I owe MUCH of what I have to Ace. Yeah, I've paid him for some things, but REALLY, Ace is the one who has encouraged me to "give".

Thanks for the very kind notes, Danny & Rhonda

Bill - thanks for the mention, but i cant take credit for starting this policy of giving. when i first showed up here, there were a couple of members that gave beyond my belief - pete and gary. i just pass on what they started. the great thing i see is it is spreading like wildfire! even the newest members are willing to give what they can, and that is what is making this organization more like an extended family every day. when i had difficulty earlier this year with my tank, there was overwhelming support and offers of frags, time, and anything else i could have used from MANY members, both publicly and privately.

so now that this thread has taken this turn (i hope you dont mind rhonda and danny) lets keep it going with the names of the people you would like to thank......

Sounds like a great idea...I'll start it off with Richard and Mark, when I started they were there time after time to help me out...

Yep, him and Roy have both been taken over with their work. I had asked about Roy a while back because I was worried something may have happened but the nice folks at CB Pets said they see him from time to time stopping in. They have both been very busy with work and family is my understanding.

BIGGGG ups to ACE. Other mentionables are Louis and Felipe`. OMG, and I almost forgot RAM_PUPPY. He gave me the big spiel on my mandarin, and feeding. We now have two in our 47g (i don't recommend, as we have been VERY lucky) and I have trained them both to eat bloodworms rather than brine. Of course, bill who offered me the HIATT, even when I was broke, he said he could help me out, as well as PING for the quick response during my tank crash. As for Danny and Rhonda, GREAT PEOPLE. I am sure I left people out, but anyway THANKS TO YOU ALL.
