another house

well it is official, today we now own another house. this is the one we want to move into because it's smaller, single story, in a quiet neighborhood, and should be better on electricity. first thing we have to do is foundation repair, it's not bad but needs to be readjusted a little, then new carpeting, and then tile. so next month i should start to move in..

p.s. anyone want to buy a log cabin? :P

I'll be on sunset haven, the first thing i have to do is build a small workbench. my wife wants me to start making a book shelf that goes around a fireplace. which of course means i need better tools. you know table saw, router, pocket hole jig. things that make working easier :innocent if i can put a stopper on the garage door opener so it doesn't open all the way she won't be able to put the truck in the garage which means more room for me. :skeezy muuuhahahahaha
