a lot of large companies use programs that sift through online resumes using key word searches. the key in this instance, is to load your resume w/ terms that they are going to be looking for.

For sales I would think:

Self Starting
Outgoing

etc... etc...

if your resume never makes it past the computer screening then it will never get infront of someones actual eyeballs.

So look at your resume, work on getting key word stuff into it. taking josh's approach wouldn't hurt either.
