Currently I have a 30g sump with 1 overflow and an Eheim 1262 return pump. I est with head pressure loss about 6-700 gph

I'm getting ready to set up my new 75-90g sump/fuge, I will be adding another lifereef overflow. My question is would I be better off also adding another pump too or would 1400gph be too much flow thru the sump?
