Default what to do with a thirty gallon tank

one of my seahorses died last night and i am now down to one, and i have a feeling that he won't last long now that his mate is gone. so then i will hav a 30gl tank with a bicolor blenny and 3 mollies in it just sitting around. now i can spend a couple of bucks and order some more horses from online (that can be expensive), turn it into a dwarf lion tank (that would be purty), or let it go and stop feeding the fish and watch them survive. if i pull the skimmer, stop feeding, and add just one or two small fish, then they could live off the bugs from the live rock and refugium.
all three options are nice but tell me which one you would do and why.
