Woops. Good thing I don't ride anymore. But on the other hand, plenty of cops did see me do it, and never seemed to mind. Once I found out about the bill, I did it all the time. I guess I jumped the gun with the house bill, though. Drats. The proposed bill was a great one, though. It was very safe IMO, because you weren't allowed to go more than 5 mph more than the flow of traffic, which had to be going 20 or less for you to do it. It wasn't like I was barreling through cars...I was really creeping along through them. It was so sweet.
