was this a large fish? i'd keep a close eye on ammonia, and keep looking for the fish. be prepared to run some carbon( in a canister filter if possible). but, you really want to get the fish out of there if it does die. you didn't say what kind of corals you had, but few, if any, will tolerate ammonia.
