Why Me???

Ok I ordered 3 XM 15k 150w HQI bulds from Champion Lighting cuz they were cheapest. 3 or 4 days later I open the box and there are 3 more boxes marked "XM 10,000" I'm like oh no they didn't! But lo and behold YES they did. I call them and the sales guy that answers put me to the guy who handled my order. I was nice and let him know what happened, so he ask "are you sure they are 10k?" to which I replied "well unless they started packing 15k bulbs in boxes marked "XM 10,000 - YES :roll ". So he says I will get them right out to you along with a return label to ship the 10k's back. COOL!

Today I get my 3 boxes marked "XM 15,000" , but wait as I am putting them in I notice red blotches inside the little gas bubble inside, hmm ok maybe that is normal - I dunno? Then it gets worse!! >_< AS I AM PUTTING IN THE LAST BULB I SEE IT IS AN OFF BRAND 10K USED and made in CHINA!!!! :angry :angry :angry :angry

And to top that off NO FREAKIN RETURN LABLE!!! :angry :angry :angry

So in my mind I tried to give them a chance to fix there mistake only to screw it up, I think next time I shop elsewhere even if it is more money. And until they send me the return label I guess I'll just keep them all!

I've had great luck with reefgeek. They even called my house to let me know I ordered something that was not in stock. Also, they send candies with your bulbs. Just don't eat them right away. They arrive warm and gooey.
