Yes, once dry it is just rock.
Holey rock is very common around here and looks great in chiclid tanks. I have some large tank ready pieces if you are interested.

It is very good for Cichlids actually. It is very similar to the limestone found in their natural lakes in Africa. It is highly recommended that you use it.
oh I put in about 20lbs of fiji rock and Im going to add more so I can do some good aquascaping
