Top-Off for Nano

Anyone have any suggestions for a top off system for a nano tank? Mine is a 5.5 gallon with no sump so the top off would have to go on the tank itself. Preferably something cheap even if its a diy

Here's a good article cbianco put together. I started doing this ~month ago and it acts as my top off. Of course I do my weekly water changes. I go through ~1 (3liter) bottle a week in my 12g.
