linking to pics

okay, once i've created a photobucket account, and uploaded my pics, how do i link to them? i need a step by step here, make no assumptions about my puter prowess, use no short hand, slang, or industry or technical terms. i mean really dumb it down for me. sometimes i think i'd have better luck with computers if they were made of wood! thanks for any direction.

There are 3 codes beneath each picture, copy the "img" code, then paste into your message. Simple as that.

do i paste it in the text part of the message, or down were the attachments would be. i tried, but when i push submit it does nothing.
