    Default Carpet Anenome

Does anyone here own one(dumb question)? Has it ever kind of turned out its stomach. Its still very sticky a sign that its healthy but it did move around the tank and now has its mouth/ stomach hanging out. Any help?

It's just releasing it's food, mine did that last night and back over today. It flipped it's inside out to push out the shrimp shell I fed it two days ago. If it's not pushing out waste then maybe it's dieing. Hopefully not.

Today the anenome still has its stomach out and stringy stuff is coming out. The tentecales are still super green and sticky. My ammonia is just barely there but will still do a water change. Anyone know why its doing this or seen this before?

It shouldn't take this long and it should have gotten back to normal. Water change is the next best thing. Make sure temp and salinity is the same and hopefully it will heal. Hope everything works out for ya.

I called home and the stringy stuff has stopped, so I hope the water change will help it along.

The carpet is recovering in a well matured nano tank. Should be great in a week or two. Thanks for all the feedback.
