Frag a chunk of the affected coral and give it a fresh water dip. After a few minutes blast it with a turkey baster and see what comes off.
I did frag a few and dipped them and the colony in a small solution of iodine and nothing came off maybe a few pods but nothing out of the normal. The frags seem to be doing ok brown but are growing and have attached to the rocks I put them on.
heres a few pics. sorry for the bad quality
Huh, and this happened overnight?
Is there any RTNing at the dead/live tissue edge?
By the way I need to come over and see what you have in the way of sps, even though there is some eaten tissue that coral looks pretty good to me, I'm curious to see other things you have.

I was thinking that as well. I shot it with the baster and some stuff came out. I have a wavebox and a mag12 for my return but nothing on that side except the overflow. Ill try and see if I can move it into higher flow and see what happens. Sps I dont have much as most died when I had the red bugs. All I have is a green mille, a seriatopora, a red and a brown monti digi, red cap red city aquarium LE A.mille and an unknown purplish acro.
Well after my aiptasia are gone, maybe I can help you out and get more sps in your tank. Might be a while though.
