So you have a PVC fitting that will attach to a acrylic skimmer part?

If so, why not get some Weld-On 40? I believe its #40 that can create a good enough bond between the two materials(with no particular force/pressure). Its the 2 part mix that Weld-On sells.

Possibly Matt can chime in here and say if it will work or not. If I recall he has used/mentioned this in the past....

yep, that is the weldon that will bond PVC to acrylic. a little superglue gel will work too if there is no pressure on the line.
