    Default flo...RIP

well, yesterday evening, around 4:45, my beloved pit-bull, flo, gave up the ghost. she was my constant companion for the last eleven and a half years, and i will miss her terribly. she made it her mission in life to shatter the pit-bull stereotype, and was the most loving, and compasionate dog i've ever known. she had a possitive effect on many lives, and even saved mine, at least once. she spent the first several years of her life travelling the US with me, going with me to washington, oregon, california, nevada, arizona, utah, new mexico, colorado, wyoming, montana, idaho, oklahoma, arkansas, tenesee, kentucky, w. virginia, virginia, pennsylvania, indiana, illinois, new york, vermont, lousiana, ohio, alaska(by land, and by sea), we also toured british columbia, the yukon, and the northwest territories. needless to say, i am flooded with memories of this most true, and faithfull companion. i am very greatfull that our paths converged for a time, and i hope they do again. if you have a dog( or cat, or fish, or even a special person) in your life, go, right now, and give them a hug, and be sure that your feelings are known. sometimes we don't get a last chance to say goodbye.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I know that is hard to deal with and it is amazing how much hurt we experience when we lose something important to us. I will keep you in my prayers.

Thats really sad to hear. I have a dog of my own with a relationship that sounds comprable to the one you had. Makes me want to go take a ton of pictures of him now just in case :(
