I bought an Korallin calcium reactor around June and the Eheim 1048 pump on it broke. The rotor magnet rubbed inside the stator due, I think, to a broken shaft and elongated the hole.
The exchange was a little tricky because I didn't buy an Eheim pump, I bought a Korallin reactor.
They sent me a new pump and I didn't even have to send in my old one.
