Well I stopped by the aquarium in Atlanta on my way home from NC..It is a nice Place. i did not get to ask the questions i wanted due to the overwhelming #of people there and the fact that i was hauling around a 1 year old. the reef dispaly, that looked to be still in its infancy, was still very impressive... it mimics a reef wall and i would guess about 20,000 gallons. it had just about every type of soft and hard coral you can think of but with the small size of the corals they were almost lost against the sheer size of the display,,, upon closer inspection the individual colonies were thriving and were quite pretty.. there was a fist sized Purple tipped SPS amoung a bunch of acros on a rock at about 10ft depth under a mixture of natural sun and MH/VHO combination, i tried to take some pics but they did not come out very well.. i will try and post a couple of them later. there was a lorge tomato clown playing in what looked like a RBTA that was about 12-15 inches in diameter. they had several colonies of orange Capricornus that were very impressive.. one looked to be at least 22 inches in diameter.. the mixture of reef fish from blennies to tangs to anthias was quite a site.. i could go on and on but the most impressive feature was the size.. picture your typical movie screen at a theater.. this was the the size of the front glass of this reef.. i will see what pics turned out and try to get them on here..
