so-smrt....did you have a virus scanner or any anti spam software installed and was it up to date on virus definitions....im assuming that you are using a computer other than the one that is crashed?

try loading windows in secure mode (reboot and hit the F8 button while its booting it will bring you to the advance start up screen choose boot in safe mode with networking if it works you can run your virus checker or go online and do a virus scan on symantec.com....good luck.....
