    Default CO2 Regulator Not Working

I have a Milwaukee Instruments MA957 that I have been using for over a year. For the last few weeks, the bubbles have been harder to come by meaning that I leave the fine needle value open all the way and just use the large knob as the bubble rate diffuser. There are no bubbles has gas out at all in the counter. I called the company on Friday and they suggested removing the clear chamber and use a pencil lead drill bit to break up the clog that she suspected had happened causing no gas excaping. I did that several times and it still does not work. I am going to call them again on Monday and see about sending to them to repair.

Markster.....I had a similar problem which after i took the regulator apart found that the control bladder had busted .....this is locked where the larger pressure knob is locate in that bell housing....it looks like a flat rubber disk....you might want to check that for any holes which causes co2 from escaping and little to no co2 comes out at the port.....

I noticed that on the side of the bell housing. It has a slot to unscrew and there is a spring behind it. The part you are talking about is a rubber black disk on a brass piece. I placed it back together and found I had turned the piece around and had the rubber disk facing outward instead of inward. I turned it around and had no gas escaping like it was when I had it turned the wrong way. Does that screw piece need to be very tight or has some play in it?
