    Default pod question.

So I set up 2 nanos last weekend. Tonight I noticed one of my 1 gallon buckets was teeming with pods. Seems I had left about 3" of water in the bucket with a few grains of sand and some rubble, seriously not much. There must have been 200 pods swimming around in the bucket. This took place over 4 days.

    2 questions,

    1. Do I just dump them back in the tank, debri and all? Dump them down the sink as it's best not to risk it?

    2. No circulation, no heat control, no nothing at all yet hundreds of pods. Is this a good way to breed them for food?

Obviously you have already realized that I am going to take out a 1/4 cup of sand grab a piece of rock and try this again.

    Thoughts?

    Theyre pretty hardy little animals.
Eitherway, they reproduce exponentially, so you could really do either. You could always let the detritus settle in the bucket, then pour the clean water into the tank.......
