    Default Dans Aquaplex USA

My wife and I just pickup our new custom Sump and Fuge down in SA designed by me (OK Matt helped a bunch - thanks again Matt) and built to specifications by Dan.

Once I got him the plans he had it built in no time and they really look good. Was especially impressed with his new 360G tank (first time we had seen it since he sold his 4x4 cube). Dan and his wife were nice enough to let us drool over his tank and even got to see his room behind the tanks just for all his equipment (skimmer is as tall as me; his sump is as big as our tank!!!).

I do suggest considering Dan if you’re thinking about a new Sump or Fuge for the tank!

Dan and Matt both do excellent acrylic work!

    Quick sizing:

    Sump: 26x14.5x19 ( 1/2 with lid) - About 30 G
    Fuge: 23.5x17.75x14 - About 25 G

I learned one thing when taking these pictures... it's hard to take a good picture of a clear container :>

yeah dan is a great guy to deal with , luckly for me he's not that far from me, when i need a sump or a fuge in my case alot of times, he's there to help me out, never fails, great guy ,quaility work, great price.... im sure ace here does great work too, but distance is kinda far from me.... either way i think both guys have great feedback from customers!!!

Dan built both my fuge and overflow. I can say for a fact that he does great work. If you happen to notice, he also builds a lot of stuff (sumps/wet-drys/overflows) for several of the LFS around SA.

We're very lucky to have three very good acrylic craftsmen in our group. Besides Dan, we have matt and hobogato.
