Clint it was replaced by the manufacturer. From what we talked about I think it was a freon leak.

Oh I see they are going to replace the chiller not the failed part. That is great customer service!

Now the new chiller is in place and it chills the water down to 76deg in about an hour. So far it looks like everythings under control. ESU has really impressed me with their customer service. now if can only get my hands on another control unit to remote mount in the house to keep tabs on things. Over the weekend we ended up building a room around the tank and plumbed in some a/c to the room. I'm now down to a 1.5 car garage so it i ever end up buying a half a car it will all work out.

Dodge and Vette man, can't complain with that, but which one gets to go in the garage. I know you are going to say the Vette, unless you have some really nice MOPAR hardware. I have the dodge part down, working on the Vette part. Glad to hear that you have the chiller problem solved. I am hoping to get my hands on CafeRacerMike's 1/2 hp chiller so that my fish can stop sweating. My tank has been at 90 since May(FOWLR) which seems to be rolling with it for now, but I would like to save them some misery.

90 may not be a good temp for those guys. I've brought mine down to 76deg. The fish seem much more happy now. When my temp was up the shark wouldn't move much, It would just sit on the bottom panting like a dog. If you could get your hands on a chiller, that would be great.
As for the dodge/ vette. I had a 76 stingray L88, but had to give it up. Now I'm modding a 96 indy pace truck. i've installed a 6-71 blown 502, 400t, gear vendors. Since i miss the vette so much i'm going to put the vette tail lights in the tail gate and build a 50 style vette dash. The avitar is the actual hood emblem i had custon made to fit where the old 96 dodge ram went on the hood.
This truck may get all the room left in the garage, and the cougar will get left out in the rain.
