    I used to work for T-Mobile and Sprint both and if you didnt have any issues with the razr you should thank God! There are so many known issues with motorola phones that I wont buy another one. I went back to Nokia phones altogether. The razr in particular has more known issues than almost any other phone on the market. :sick

    Louie, a couple of options:

    Did cooling it help any? I know that LCDs can take some time to "recover".

    Who is your provider? If it's one with a SIM card, you may be able to score a cheap one on ebay. I have a buddy of mine with 2 RAZRs that he's going to be looking to sell. He just switched from TMobile to Sprint.

    Now, I've HEARD of people doing this, but it's not really legal, and certainly unethical: If you can still use the phone, try adding insurance to your plan, use it for a month or so, then do a claim.
