i do reg. 20% water changes w/RO/DI water every two weeks, feed the same as i alway have, no fish dead, top off with RO, and still my tank is over run with hair algee, and red slime. im using phosguard in the sump, and used chem a clean a few times. it kills the slime for about 2 weeks and then it comes back full force. this seems like a up hill battle. any help would be great

I had the same problem... I added more live sand and uped my flow across the lower part of my tank.....

i had a few rocks you couldn't even see because of hair algae and after putting in cleaning crew 5 days later it is almost 90%free of all hair algae

plus how new is the tank... if you ramp up light intensity too soon this could be a major cause.. try cutting you light back for a week and then slowly ramp it back up
