    Default ich voodoo potion

Has anyone used these reef safe ich treatments succesfully? I got back from a trip and my 180g fowlr tank has ich. Ironically the only fish that doesn't have spots is the purple tang. They were doing so great. So which treatments have you used and how did they work for you. I was thinking of trying kick ich or ich attack.

Just feed, and feed often (10x a day). Add garlic if you have it.

That's advice from Richard at CB Pets. Brought my crew thru it. 10 small feedings. Emulates their natural environment, where they eat/graze all the time. Keeps the stress down, and helps them thru the infestation.

ive read that kick-ich contains pepper which irritates their skin so that they create a thicker mucous coating which supposedly makes it harder for the ich to attach. (from a steven pro article). never used it on my reef. I agree with the frequent quality feedings and possibly water change or whatever you can to improve water quality. clean water and stable environment bolsters immune function. wait it out.
