Good offshore fishing charters?

Hey all, I know a bunch of you are big into fishing so I'm looking for some input. A small group of us from work are wanting to do an offshore fishing trip out of Port A/Corpus area so I'm looking for recommendations of boats and best time to go out. It's probably only going to be about 5 of us and we are thinking of a 24hour trip. Prefer someone who provides all gear/bait and allows ice chests to be taken on board. We want to have fun and of course catch lots of fish! Thanks for any input! 8)

I've heard good things from people about Capt. Ron's setup. I don't know if any of them allow you to take ice chests but check out this site for a few of them.
