Have you emailed him? What did he say? On the website he has a arrive alive guarantee, but how do I know if they were alive when I got them?

I emailed him a few hours ago. In my last shipment I recieved a colony that slowly died, and he refunded my money no questions asked. Super nice guy.

Got my email back and he offered to paypal me the money or get credit. Very nice guy. I decided to get the credit and try my luck again. If it was anything it was probably the delivery service.

The red wine ones I ordered have all opened up and look great. I just checked my blue ones and they don't look so good.
