    Default fuge lighting

anyone have advice on lighting for a refugium. I setup a 10g tank, with 4" of sand, some chaeto, and a 65w 6500k PC light. Does this sound OK? I am hoping this will help with my battle against hair algae. What do you think. Also, with a fuge do I need to worry about the bulb getting old like I would with my main tank bulbs? Do I just run the fuge bulb until it dies? The main tank has 2 XM 10k 250w SE halides. I change these bulbs every 8 months. Should I go to a different bulb on the fuge??? Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks

Should be fine, I'm running a fuge that is probably around 20 gal and have dual 65watt PC light, one is 10K one actinic just because that's what was in the light. Grows algae like crazy for me.
