Clown False precula & Convict Tang?

He you guys know whats up with him/her? it looks pale, with a buldging eye, 1 gill that looks really popped open. he does have tiny white spots, but i think they're from when i shiffted the sand to much, his/her friend is doing really well though. anyone know? My tang has the same little spots as well, but im hopeing they are from the sand.
parmeters are all correct.
other fish arent really bothering him.
diet: Tropical fish flakes, frozen Brine ( i know i need to switch to mysis, cant find any down here ), Blood worms, Veggies

I'm not a fish disease expert, but that does not sound good. Usually these diseases are a result of poor water quality and or stress. Did you add any new fish lately that could have brought a disease into your tank? Stirring the sand might have stirred up all kinds of nasty stuff into the water column. If it's just an injury from fighting, sometimes adding some epsom salt will take care of it, but it sounds like something worse. If you have a quarrantine tank I recommend you get the fish out of the display tank and get them into the quarrantine tank where you can medicate them.
Depending on what the cause is and type of fish, I have had success treating with copper, malachite (sp), and various antibiotics. Hopefully someone on MAAST can diagnose the illness and recommend a treatment. DO NOT medicate your main tank where you have your corals!

Sounds like Popeye and ich, nasty stuff. Like rick said, you might want to take the fish out and place then in another container with circulation. I wouldnt treat the fish in your tank. Formahalyde blue (sp) has been a popular choice the last few years, but I dont know much about fish and disease either. I am sure there is something better out there. RIchard is the expert on fish and disease, try contacting him.

some amazing thing happened this morning he showed nomore signs of anything, he looked just like his friend, no popped eye or white stuff, thanks guys he just seememd to help him self

My tank is so weired if i check the salt on one side the levels are different , same with the ph Ntrates ( down to 80 )
