Default NEW/OLD Corals (LOTS OF PHOTOS)

Well I just got a bunch of new frags today. The best way to see how much they have grown is to take photos right when you get them. That way a month later when you are saying to yourself "Has this really grown??" you can take a look at the photo and say 8)

Here is some of the stuff I got from GaryP today. Great deals to be had!!

Here are some SPS that started off as small frags about the size of your thumbnail.

    Some neon candycane and zoanthids.

I wish the pink ones would grow more. They are almost solid pink. I scored them in September at Finn-Addict and have not seen any like them since then, at any LFS.

I ended up buying another 250watt 10k XM with PFO ballast online this afternoon So I will be able to have FULL light coverage on both sides of the tank. Hopefully some direct light over those zoas will make them grow like crazy!!

Killed my first coral in 1991, have tried to do better since. Always tricky.

Thanks Todd! All that stuff in that free 55 gallon you gave me way back :lol

I can't wait for the new stuff from GaryP to start growing. I got some fast and slow growing SPS from him. I got a nice piece of orange cap mounted in a cool place. A piece of tonga branch sticking out horizontally across the upper middle of the tank. I had to use a ton of glue to get the cap to stay in place. I will post a photo once a base coat gets down so it does not look ugly >_<
