Every time I think I've got it propped up solid, I come in the next day and it's fallen over again. <_< When I first got it (about a week and a half ago) it had kind of a foot that I rubberbanded to a rock, but that got torn off when it fell over and now it's just a V at the bottom. I've got it in a place with pretty strong flow, but I think it's falling over when the hermits get on it. What's the best way to prop it up, just between two rocks? Will it grow onto the rock it sits on or will it always be separate?
It seems to be doing okay. The white polyps open up a little, although not all over the whole thing. SWF.com said this one (deep sea yellow) is the easiest gorg to keep, but I saw a post on here recently telling a newbie to stay away from gorgonians in general. Are they more difficult to keep than I realized, or will it be fine when I finally get it placed right?
