Default When to worry (new wrasse)?

So yesterday I got a shipment of livestock from saltwaterfish.com including a big clean up crew and a 6 line wrasse and a PJ cardinal who was a fulfillment of their live guarantee from last time I ordered when one of three cards I bought didn't make it.

When I opened the bags, I didn't like the looks of the cardinal (sorta white looking) so although I knew he was probably just stressed, I decided to go ahead and put up a QT rather than let them loose in my main tank. The wrasse looked okay, but I put him in the QT as well.

Well, it's 24 hours later, and now the cardinal looks okay, but the 6 line wrasse is laying on the bottom of the QT, breathing hard. I know wrasses tend to act weird especially when put in a new tank and that they're known to lay on the bottom, but shouldn't he be easing up by now? He was laying under a rock earlier, but now he's just out on the bare bottom in the open, panting (for lack of a better word). I don't know if he just floated out from under the rock or if he swam a little.

What do you think? Is he toast or will he still likely be up and around tomorrow?

I had a twin spot wrasse than buried himself for six days when I first put him my tank. Once he finally came out of hiding he was fine. Wrasses are for the most part very hardy. Just watch him --- time will tell.
